Busy is only half of it (new position starts *tomorrow* and I'm only
doing half-well with the current cold snap in Illinois)... But I need a
break.

HOWEVER: based upon the evidence presented, I find the proposed device
clear of the items cited and for the reasons mentioned WITH the bordure.
(Personal preference / suggestion: dove-tailing instead of
embattlement?) Without the bordure, see opinion below.

To address the one particular question, moose vs. horse is visually
distinct due to the large and prominent antlers. Moose vs. stag or
particularly elk (wapiti) would be very doubtful, Moose vs. bison /
buffalo / bull might be much more of a judgment call (*my* judgment
would argue for visually distinct - relatively huge palmate sprangle of
head display vs. small single conical horn on either side of head).

A precedence dive on "quadruped" or "large quadruped" might give a more
definitive response.
