Ooops -- that Note was on another List.

In Blazons, we capitalize only those Words that meet the following
Criteria:
- first word of the blazon
- "(Fieldless)" and "(Tinctureless)"
- proper names ("a Bowen cross")
- the tincture "Or"
We put a comma after the field specification (and after strewn charges
on the field), and usually put a period at the end.

So
    Azure, ... a bordure vert.
