[ANSTHRLD] January decision meeting

Due to the fun weather ('fun', she says), I will not be making the trip to
Coronation, and thus the scheduled heraldic decision meeting will not be
held there as previously announced. Instead I'll be doing it at home
sometime over the next few days; if you've strong opinions on items on the
November ILoI, please let me know via email.
