I think 1:00pm will be a good time.  As for location, I'm not sure yet.  Is there a consultation table happening at Coronation?  If so, I'd suggest it be in that same vicinity.

Since HL Druinne published the announcement in the July Gazette that I will be her successor as Star Principal Herald, I would very much like to meet the heralds who come to Coronation.  I'd like to start getting better familiarized with all of the heralds who serve the College of Heralds.  Due to my work schedule, I will quite probably not be able to attend Round Table or AHSS, where I would otherwise get to spend time with you.

Well I was going to be at coronation this weekend and had thought to make it.  Do we know yet about what time it will be held.  Also it is the decision on the May ILoI correct?
