I still think it would be cool if we switched granting mottos for Peers 
and crests for Grants.  Then for each Peerage a person has, they could 
be entitled a crest, so triple Peers could have an achievement with 
three crests on it.  It would look fabulous, much like the German 
achievements that have multiple crests.  Granted those crests are 
inherited, but still, it'd just look way spiffy. :)
