[ANSTHRLD] Policy question about registering a household name.

The name is <Minstrals of Antrax Castel>. The form is Middle English, and
the information has been pulled off the web, in a bit of a hurry, to get the
Name all in one language. Could this name be registered? I can do a bit more
detailed search, to get dates, if it can.

One of the biggest concerns I am having is the protected name clause. I
could not find anything listed specifically about Anthrax on the Laurel
website, when using http://www.morsulus.org , so I do not think there is a
precendent against the specific name. Still, I do not know if this would
automatically be a no-no, and I am uncertain of what else to look for to
confirm this.
