I should note, by the way, that I was a firm supporter (to the tune of
$500) of the plaintiffs for access to the SCA's books.  I think it's a
great idea for a public corporation, especially a charity, to provide
access to as many records as reasonable.  I just don't see where it's
legally required in general, even for 501(c)3s.
