If you wish to have an Achievement of Arms scroll made, consider 
commissioning multiple scribes and breakdown the tasks (ie. one scribe 
to illuminate, one to paint, one to calig).  Also, consider taking your 
request to out-of-kingdom scribes that you might know (Hi Mahee! :) ).
