[ANSTHRLD] baronial service awards

I had lunch with Sir Godwin of Edington (among others, including
Zodiacus), and it was brought up there, and he too is of the belief that
the award should be removed when the landeds step down (if they didn't
have it before stepping up). And as it isn't officially read during
court, I would tend to agree.

Looking at Namron, TE's OP listings show receipt of the baronial service
award on 10/14/06, with a BIF date of 10/15/06 and are not listed as
Principals. The new landeds in Bordermarch don't have the baronial
service awards listed at all, and a number of landeds who had their
service award previously aren't listed as principals. There seems to be
some inconsistency here.

Personally, I think it's a mess for book keeping. :)
