Gules, a phoenix rising from flames argent and a chief rayonny sable.

I did a conflict check along with someone else and we found nothing but it
was late at night.  Anyone care to double check me on this please?  Also, is
the rising from flames bit default for a phoenix or not?  To me it would
seem that it would "have" to be rising from flames to be a phoenix and not a
demi eagle.
