A side note from an Outlandish lurker:

The Outlands has a shared database on the back-end for the OP herald
(Wimble) and the Roll of Arms herald (Wharrow), and the sites have
links between them (so if you click on the thing in the Roll of Arms,
it takes you to their OP listing).  The front-end sites are different,
and each herald has their own separate data entry pages.

Usually, new name/device registrations are added/maintained by
Wharrow, as the LoARs come out.
