[ANSTHRLD] Pop quiz!

I bow to Serena's superior paleographical skills - she
has puzzled out much more than I did.

I know that the link I originally posted was from the
section on Spanish arms ("Landeswappen Spanien"), but
that's as much as I could tell about them. The writing
above the device in question is unintelligible to me.
I agree with Serena that the page of French script
seems to be unrelated to the Spanish arms.
