"Purpure" is a color, pronounced like "purr pyurr". "Goutty" has two
Ts.

Elizabeth Blackthorne (reg. via Ansteorra November 2006) Argent, two
roses in saltire gules slipped and leaved sable, a chief triangular
purpure goutty d'eau.

Since purpure is not a posture, I assume it's a typo for "Argent, two
roses in saltire purpure slipped ...". As Tostig noted, yes someone
could register it, and hundreds of other two-CD conflicts.
