[ANSTHRLD] "in" versus "per" et al

Minor blazon correction to "Quarterly sable and azure, per bend two sheaves ..."
   
  "Per bend"  denotes the way a charge is tinctured while "in bend" denotes the arrangement of a charge group.  (Completing the triad, "bendwise" indicates the orientation of a charge)
   
  "Quarterly sable and azure, in bend two sheaves ..."  denotes a quarterly field with a sheaf of arrows on each sable quarter.
