Congratulations to Lord Brian O'hUilliam, recognized by the Crown at
Tourney by the Loch with an Award of the Sable Thistle for Voice
Heraldry.  So often, heralds are recognized for their service to the
kingdom.  It's excellent to see them recognized for their heraldic
artistry as well.  Brian has been serving Their Majesties as Golden
Staff, is currently Loch Soilleir's baronial herald, and has heralded
many a list field.  Well done, Lord Brian!
