[ANSTHRLD] Sumptuary question

I could use some help, please.  I am trying to find the history and significance of the "six points and pearls" of the Baronial coronet.  I believe that they are a relatively new addition to our sumptuary laws, so we kon't really have the back story to go with it. If anyone can tell me where to go to research, or just tell me a story, I will be grateful.  Thanks  H E Amberlea
