I went to <http://heraldry.ansteorra.org/> and got an empty page.  I
refreshed and got half the page (the links on the right, like
Submissions and such, were not present).  Refreshed again and it was
empty.  Went to <http://www.ansteorra.org> and it was empty too.
Concluded that either

- networking from work was hosed AGAIN
- ansteorra.org was sick; try again later

It looks OK now: original hit and refreshes all work.
