[ANSTHRLD] Bends and Bendlets - can you have a single bendlet?

Thin ordinaries between charges or overall are found throughout period
armory. The SCA (and many period sources) simply blazon them 'a
<ordinary>' and they're considered properly drawn to fit the available
space. Elsbeth's and Francois' precedents might contain some of the
style notes from their tenures, claiming that a skinnier
representation between charges is fine.

However, the proposal's bend sinister is too thin for no particular
reason. It'll need fattening up, and the rodent a slight shrinkage,
to be acceptable style for submission, I believe. Not much, really.
30% more bend sinister, 20% less rodent. Or, if the client really
wants the rodent to dominate the field, he should consider making it
the primary charge or an overall charge.

Easy fixes, if the client's flexible.
