[ANSTHRLD] Permission to conflict-Westkingdom

Need a little help here.  I have tryed several of the e-mail address for heralds of the West Kingdom, and all come back as "Access Denied"  

I do not know what to do.  If they aren't takeing e-mails why do they have addresses on public view?

Could someone who has a higher status please see what you can do to get this message through.  Thank you.
