[ANSTHRLD] 1980 Gazette name question

Unto the Heralds of Ansteorra,
Below is an email I received yesterday about the name "Zoren".  I told the
gentle inquiring that I would post this question to the list and see what
information surfaced on the topic.  I did some preliminary digging on my own
and the results are found below the original question.  Any help is always
greatly appreciated.

 I have a young man in my area who would like to register the name "Zorin de
