My specific issue is a possible conflict with the device of Paul of Sunriver. I have not been able to locate any reference to this person that is newer than the 1980's.

Any Ideas how to find this person or his heirs?

This we know: All things are connected.
Like the blood which unites one family,
All things are connected.
Whatever befalls the earth,
Befalls the sons of the earth.
Man did not weave the fabric of life,
He is merely a strand on it.
