As a follow-up to this...

If you are taking over a heraldic office, the previous officer should give
you the password to the account. If they did not, send an email to
serveradmin at ansteorra.org and cc: star at ansteorra.org (so we know it's a
legit request) and we'll get it taken care of. If you just need login
information or other help, feel free to email serveradmin at ansteorra.org with
any questions.

We are no longer doing redirects at all; all of the
<herald>@herald.ansteorra.org accounts are actual google apps email accounts
(not gmail, that's at gmail.com, but very very similar).
