[ANSTHRLD] Court reports for groups with the "No Herald" option

Flat is not a requirement, but it is a preference (except for the Egg, because it's cool).

Arrows might be okay, as long as they are not aimed at Zodiacus' person. Bolts might be better, being shorter and perhaps better able to fit in the file box.

Catapults are Right Out.
