[ANSTHRLD] Court reports for groups with the "No Herald" option

As far as the current Zodiacus is concerned, you guys are welcome to have as much fun with the format of the court reports as you like (I can't speak for future Zodiaci). If I need to generate a "flat" version of something silly, there are easy ways to do it. I trust y'all to exercise the appropriate discretion and restraint regarding the format of your court reports. It's worked so far! ;)
