[ANSTHRLD] The O&A And Regular Expressions

Good Day,

Right before the holidays hit me like a brick wall, I came to the list in
search of interest in an article/tutorial on using the regular expression
features of the O&A search. If there was enough interest, I was willing to
write it.

Attached is a draft of the first half of the article. This article covers a
subset of regex and how it can be used to simplify name lookups. If this
list does not allow for attachments, please email me directly and I will be
happy to send you a copy directly.

If you have some time and are interested in this subject, please read it
through and send me your comments (directly as I don't want to pollute the
list). If enough of you agree that this will be a useful document, I will
finish the second half.

I am also planning on putting together an appendix for the first half that
would list all of the names in the standard conflicts list with their regex
counterparts. When doing name searches you could use these precompiled
regexes.

Thanks,

Will Meriic
