[ANSTHRLD] Baronial investiture ceremonies

If the previous B&B closes it, then a new one
"has" to start? 
I am not challenging you, I simply do not have
that particular information, and it would be
handy for the new Heralds to know, if and when
they attend to an investiture. 

Crandall, who had Heralded one or two of these
things.
