I've been reading the old BoD minutes and found this :

A. The Lady Laurel Queen of Arms is present to talk concerning
the letters received from the Crown of Atenvelt. One
complaint was excessive delays in answering (device)
requests. Karen- The requests are sent to the Lord Lion
King of arms in Scotland before they are passed by the
college of arms of the SCA. The other items of the
letter were concidered and it was the concensus of the
Board that the monies charged were within reasonable
boundries and distributed in a reasonable manner. Karen
expects to be up to date -say 6 months to a year back login
about 6 months.
The Board thanks Karen for comming and explaining the Hearlds
procedures for the Board.
