So his device was returned by kingom, and the text of that decision can be
found in the October 2007 Gazette, or directly in the AICC for July 2007
(http://heraldry.ansteorra.org/gazette/ for the former, and
http://heraldry.ansteorra.org/ICC/ for the latter).

His name was sent on to Laurel on the September LoI, but we won't hear back
about whether it has been registered or returned until probably March or
April 2008 or so.
