When was it resubmitted?

Checking the HST I see that she had a device in th 5/07 ILoI and it was returned in 7/07 fro a conflict.  It was resubmitted and fast-tracked and in the 9/07 LoI.  This submission was returned by Laurel in the 1/08 LoAR.  

Has it been resubmitted since then?
