[ANSTHRLD] Change in Achievement Submissions

Greetings,

This is an update on a change for submissions of Achievements.  Please when
you are going to submit the paperwork for achievements send colored and
black/white copies of the artwork as well.  This way it gives you a chance
and the person you are helping a chance to see what the look of the
submission is going to be so if something does not look right you can change
it then before sending it to Stellar Scroll.
