The long-standing term of art in the College of Arms is
"My Life On My Arms, a.k.a. 'I can't barcode my Social Security Number
on my device, but I'll come as close as I can'".

I've seen it occasionally. Where the reserved charges really come in
is with crowns/coronets. I don't kvetch about crowns so much because
they're pretty common in period armory and can often be accommodated
more easily (e.g., an animal crowned or with a crown around its neck).
