Not "called always".  They *can* be blazoned as such, but they can
also be blazoned as "roundel [tincture]", and that can sometimes be
more euphoneous (esp. if a tincture is being omitted and using the
next tincture listed).  Laurel will preserve the LoI blazon in either
case.
