[ANSTHRLD] Sumptuary Law Question - Coronets & The Kingdom Ensig

All former landed nobles and all royals who have the right to wear a coronet
may have an Ansteorran Star on their coronet.  Since the Kingdom Ensign is
the Star with a border, I doubt that would be an acceptable alternative.
