I think the only way you can do that with feathers is if they're still
attached to the peacock.

BTW, in heraldry "displayed" is a term of jargon that refers to the
wing and body position of a bird: the bird is, er, spread-eagled with
one wing lifted to each side, and you're looking at the belly.
