     ****** Errata ******

     ***** April 2008 *****

     **** AN TIR ****

P{a'}draig Mac Fhaol{a'}in. Belated return of name change from
       {AE}dric Duquesne.

Submitted as "P{a'}draig Mac _Fh_aol{a'}in", this name
change was accepted on the LoAR in error as "P{a'}draig Mac
_F_aol{a'}in". However, the submitter allowed no changes,
and so this name should have been returned, with the return
           reading:

No documentation was submitted and none found to suggest
that the genitive _Faol{a'}in_ needed to be lenited in a
masculine patronymic. We would change the name to
"P{a'}draig Mac _F_aol{a'}in" to correct the grammar,
but the submitter does not allow any changes.
