Does anyone have access to Bahlow's Deutschland Geographiche
Namenwelt?

The locative "Driesen" is taken from a map titled 'Map of Brandenburg 1320-1415' found at:
http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~wggerman/map/brandenburg1320.htm
It is shown as a town near the "Netxe" River in the "Neumark" region of Brandeburg controlled by the Teutonic Order in 1402. The map is a scan from an unreferenced historical atlas. As far as I can tell, this is now Drezdenko, Poland.

It also seems to be cited as "Dreƒen" in Blaeu's Atlas Europae Septentrionalia & Orientalia on map 31 ('Polonia Regnum, et Silesia Ducatus') found at:
http://www.library.ucla.edu/yrl/reference/maps/blaeu/europa-nt.htm#polonia

Other attempts to document "Driesen" have not been successful, including Bahlow/Gentry and Brechenmacher on the [sca_heralds] group.

Thank You,
Tostig
