[ANSTHRLD] branch pursuivant title instruction, please

The operative word is charge not heraldic term like embattled.
The ruling I remembered was:
[January 2004 LoAR, R-West] West, Kingdom of.  Heraldic title Chequey Herald.
"No documentation was presented and none was found that a heraldic title in period would have been drawn from field divisions or field treatments, rather than charges. Lacking such evidence, this title is not registerable."

I would think this ruling would apply to embattled as well.  Tomorrow I will do another LoAR dive to see what else.
