We emphasize period heraldry.  The RfS define "period" as
"pre-Seventeenth Century Western Culture".  The Renaissance is
"pre-Seventeenth Century Western Culture".  It's period.  I really
like some Tudor items, but perhaps I'm overly fond of some of Thomas
Wriothsely's stuph.
