[ANSTHRLD] Loch/Stargate Baronial

Come ring the SCA New Year with the Baronies of Loch Soilleir and Stargate
as they choose their champions in the fields of Chivalric Combat, Rapier
Combat, Equestrian Pursuits, and Archery.

We will need heralds for both the lists and site to make general
announcements.  Pray, lend your voice if able.  If you can attend, please
come and help add pageantry to an event that promises not just
another double-elim tourney.  All tournaments have the opportunity for two
fold honor and glory as BOTH Baronies will be choosing their champions.
