I do have the electronic emblazons of many (not all) of those of Northkeep. 
 I'm sure Robin is right about this. Try contacting the local herald for 
the  branch(es) the people are from.

Which people?  Borek has  the arms of the Oaks of the Steppes, and the 
Warlords of the Steppes,  etc.  I assume you might find similar resources in
