[ANSTHRLD] "Book of the Herald" wiki (was: Changes to Heraldic Education??)

Personaly, I'd like Tressure to have even more control over a heraldic wiki than authorizing accounts.  As head review committee to verify sources and conclusions of both the original articles and proposed updates, perhaps?  (I know, for example, the number of mistakes I make in Commentary.)

If the wiki is open for absolutely everyone to edit.  I suspect that
there are wikis which require accounts to be created before editing.
