Actually, if you mouse over "Sable Crane Pursuivant" on that page, a  
little box will pop up.  The first sentence in that box reads, "Sable  
Crane's job is the registration of heraldic achievements."  This  
handy little function is announced at the top of the page, where is  
writ, "Scroll over the officers title for a brief discription of the  
office."
