[ANSTHRLD] Heraldic Heirs

Actually it is only kinda on subject, but I just hada weird question pop into my head.  Can a group create a heraldic will such that if the group ever goes defunct then it can will its armory to specified members of the populace or other groups?  Just curious.   I do know that by default if a group goes defunct that the name and armory reverts to the kingdom.
