I remember the "Trimarin Heads" too.  I was think of that when the pike comment came up.  Nevertheless, I may be a "wet blanket" but I'd rather note this now than have the LDG pass by the Crown one day making comments about their "ceremonial head" being on a pike.  Some Crowns have more of a sense of humor than others but...

Oh man, you take all the fun out of it!

I was all prepared to tell the LDG to find me a pike with a ceremonial head for Gulf. Good thing most of them don't read the herald list. Still remembering the heads that Sir Owen displayed at the one Gulf Wars I've made it to.
