Thank you Don Robin, for your learned assistance. I, myself, was unsure of the intended meaning of "In shadow or light, honor". I have consulted with the submitter, and he says it should be "In shadow or light, I will be honorable".
Does this affect your suggested translation of
"In umbra aut luce, virtus" or "In umbra aut luce, probitas."?
If not which of these two comes closer to the intended meaning?
