[ANSTHRLD] Stupid Question re: Submission Forms

So I have the submission forms downloaded off the College of Heralds
website. I have the fillable forms, for reasons that would be obvious
if you had to read my handwriting. I have the free adobe reader, but
have not shelled out for the $300 Adobe 9.0 software package, again
for the obvious reason that it's $300.

The problem is that I cannot save a filled-out form. If I could save
a filled out form, it would allow me to much more easily deal with
clients like one who shall remain nameless (at the rate he's going)
who has changed what he wants to submit as his name three times in the
past month because he wanted something he couldn't document and
neither could anyone else (or so I suspect). Bad part is he comes to
meetings very irregularly, being a stick jock whose shoulder I
dislocated recently, but answers his email, and if we could pass forms
back and forth until we were both happy (he with the name and I with
the documentation thereof), it would be easier.

Is this a technical problem, a problem with the form user (to wit,
your humble correspondent), or a problem with the format of said
fillable forms?
