Be careful. Whatever you do, the resulting forms need to look the same 
as the original Laurel-approved forms. This includes spacing, wording, 
etc. Shifts in location or size of text/escutcheons/etc. will result in 
non-standard forms. And submissions on non-standard forms can be reason 
for return. This is also why you should always turn off the box to scale 
the page when printing.

That's the reason most kingdoms use locked Word or pdf files - to help 
avoid these types of problems.
