Subject: [ANSTHRLD] To whomever just called the Star Principal Herald's House

Hi there. I am normally not on this list. I am the Star Principal Herald's WIFE. As the individual in question did not leave their name, nor has the SPH received any emails today, I'm left to direct this at the list.

To the individual who called my HOME today seeking out the SPH, was extremely rude to me when I asked them to repeat what they said (as I could not hear them) and then was even MORE rude and HUNG UP on me when I asked who was calling, is requested to no longer call my home for ANY reason.

It is Saturday. It is dinner time, which is what I was COOKING when you called. Normally, the SPH would be at an event on any given Saturday, so he would not have been home to take your call to begin with. Instead, he was home. Guess why? He's been sick for three days.

He was lying in bed when you called demanding to speak to him and refusing to tell his wife who you were, which he requested to know so he could decide if the matter was urgent enough (for a VOLUNTEER POSITION in a HOBBY) to get out of bed to go to another room to pick up the phone. He asked so he could decide if it was something he could call down to me while I was COOKING to relay to you over the phone. He asked so he could decide if your issue was simply NOT urgent enough for any of thee above and he could CALL YOU BACK after dinner, or email you.

When asked for your identity by the family member of anyone whom you are trying to communicate with, the proper response is NOT "I just wanted to talk to the /Star Principal Herald of Ansteorra/, and I guess I'll just have to /email him AGAIN/" delivered in the snottiest possible tone, then HANGING UP.

Do not call my house again. This is not the first time you've called and copped an attitude with me when I could not immediately deliver my husband to you. I recognize your voice. From now on, please use email. I don't have to tolerate that sort of behavior in my home.

Thank you,
