Pegged it in one - all the Submissions Heralds and Principal Heralds 
know how to reach me, as i communicate with them all about three times a 
month, as a group, and oftener individually.

It is up to Laurel Sovereign whether it is necessary or convenient to 
provide a pointer addy - I am the first person to hold the title of 
"Ragged Staff', so it had not been needed prior to this. Since Laurel is 
already at Pennsic, this will have to wait until she is home - and will 
probably be discussed in person at KWHSS in September before any 
decisions are made.
