[ANSTHRLD] Modern and heraldic art on the same submission?

Submitter and I are equally talented artists... that is to say between the
two of us we can maybe put together a stick figure that looks like well...
a stick.  All praise to those who created the Pennsic Traceable Art
Project!!   My question is this.  One of his charges is on the project only
in heraldic form.  The other is present only in a modern form.  Do I need to
have both charges one way or the other?
